Social Media Designer (Web3 & Crypto Experience)

Position Overview:

SeedHunter is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Designer with a deep understanding of the Web3 space and cryptocurrency markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio, particularly in social media, and an innate ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling content. You will work closely with our marketing and creative team to produce high-quality graphics, animations, and videos that resonate with our crypto-savvy audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Content Creation:
- Develop and design creative assets for social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, X.) that align with our brand voice and Web3 markets.
- Create engaging graphics, infographics, GIFs, animations, and short videos that simplify complex crypto and Web3 concepts for our audience.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content is cutting-edge and relevant.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all social media content is consistent with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt brand messaging into visually appealing social content.
Campaign Development:
- Work with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Design assets for paid media campaigns across social platforms, ensuring optimised performance and visual appeal.
Data & Analytics:
- Analyse performance metrics of social media content and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Use data-driven approaches to iterate and refine creative assets for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in social media design, preferably within the Web3, crypto, or blockchain industries.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for social media platforms, with an emphasis on Web3 and crypto-related content.
Skills:
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels.
- Strong knowledge of crypto and Web3 culture, terminology, and community.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
