Account Management Lead
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Management Lead to oversee and nurture relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the crypto industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in account management. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver exceptional service, and drive mutual growth..
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Perform due diligence check on new Clients and onboard them.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients

Account Strategy and Growth:
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure team members are up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Industry Expertise and Advocacy:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Advocate for clients’ interests within the company.

Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators.
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize account management strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
