Digital Marketing Manager

In our Platform Crypto Projects, KOLs, Retail Partners and Ambassadors can develop long lasting partnerships in an easy, secure, and scalable way. We accompany them from first contact until final delivery and beyond.
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated marketeer to support us with digital marketing. You will be working directly with our top management and be responsible to gather objectives, set and implement the correct marketing strategy to reach them.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- BS degree in marketing or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Sense of ownership
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
