Product Owner

In our Platform Crypto Projects, KOLs, Retail Partners and Ambassadors can develop long lasting partnerships in an easy, secure, and scalable way. We accompany them from first contact until final delivery and beyond.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to ensure the success of our agile development projects. You will be working with an experienced team, managing and optimizing our product backlog as well as leading major business definitions.

Responsibilities:

Manage product backlog for the SeedHunter platform
Specify and review major business components, documentations and flows
Define and optimize product strategies, managing versions and roadmaps from a business perspective
Analyse and support product deliveries
Collaborate closely with development teams, scrum masters and managers from other areas to ensure the platform success and optimize business strategy

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in agile product management (product owner, project manager or scrum master), preferably in Web3/blockchain market space.
3+ years experience as business analyst, preferably in Web3/blockchain market space.
Solid expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong experience in business specification, high-level process mapping and flow design.
An exceptionally strong communicator, both written and oral.
Knowledge and interest in the cryptocurrency industry.
Self-driven and reliable leader and team player.
Easy going about remote working with stakeholders all around the world.

Skills:

Product backlog management experience (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Planner, Clickup)
Business flows and process mapping tools (e.g. Miro, Figma, LucidChart)
Scrum and Kanban-based software development
Web and mobile application projects
Cloud-based office and team collaboration solutions (e.g. Office 365, Google)
