Overview:
We are looking for a UX Product Owner with a passion for both user experience and cryptocurrency to join our team to boost adoption of SeedHunter’s crypto solutions. As a UX Product Owner, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will be responsible for integrating UX principles with cutting-edge crypto solutions, driving UX improvements, conceptualizing new modules, and managing product strategy to ensure a seamless and engaging user journey. This role requires a deep understanding of both UX design and the crypto landscape.
Responsibilities:

UX & Crypto Solution Integration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX principles with blockchain and crypto solutions.
• Ensure the user experience is at the forefront of all crypto product developments.
• Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of crypto users. -
UX Improvements & Guidelines:
• Develop and maintain UX guidelines and best practices tailored for crypto products
• Identify areas for UX improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.
• Regularly review and analyse user feedback to implement UX enhancements. -
Concept Development for New Modules:
• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new product modules and features.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to bring new modules from concept to launch. -
Product Strategy Management:
• Define and manage the product strategy for our crypto offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or UX Designer, preferably with a focus on crypto or fintech products.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end product development processes.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Skills:
- Product backlog management experience (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Planner, Clickup)
- Business flows and process mapping tools (e.g. Miro, Figma, LucidChart)
- Scrum and Kanban-based software development
- Web and mobile application projects
- Cloud-based office and team collaboration solutions (e.g. Office 365, Google)
