Getting Started

Step 1: Sign up for an account

• This is a quick one. All you need to do in this step is to go to https://app.seedhunter.com/auth/sign-up and fill the required fields.
• You will sign up as a KOL. Please make sure this is selected on the top buttons.
• Enter your first and last name and your email address.
• Choose a secure password.
• Agree with the Terms of Service and the privacy policy: Please read both documents.

Now you will see a window asking for a verification code. This is part of an email verification that will make sure that it’s really you who signs up. For this purpose, a verification code is sent to your email, which you will have to enter in the Login screen.

Well, that’s it for this step.

Step 2: Complete the registration

Now let’s get necessary relevant data set up!

Once you log in on https://app.seedhunter.com/auth/login , you will see two tabs “Personal Information” and “Social Channels”. Each will lead you to a form to fill the according data.

Personal Information

Here please fill all required fields with your personal contact information. This includes

• your title
• your full name
• your alias (for use in the platform)
• your address
• your phone number

Additionally, please specify a crypto wallet address where you would like to receive the campaign funds for your marketing activities. Make sure that the wallet supports both Polygon and Ethereum networks, as the platform will host campaigns from both.

Social Channels

On this tab, please specify the communities that your social media activities match best. Also specify which geographies where the majority of your followers is located.

Then in the second section please specify one or more social channels, in which you are active and have a solid follower base. These will be available for your marketing activities in the campaign participation.

Once you are done, click on “next” button at the bottom of the page.

Overview

If all data is filled correctly, the icons in the two tabs will turn to green checkmarks.
Now the Submit button on the “Account Review” section will become active and you can hand your account in to our admins for approval.

Step 3: Wait for approval and start right off

Well, that was it already from your side. Our admins will check your account and approve it in a quick process. You will receive a welcome mail with next steps once we are done.

Step 2: Complete the registration

Now let’s get the necessary relevant data set up!

Once you log in on https://app.seedhunter.com/auth/login , you will see three tabs “Company Profile”, “Project Info” and “Service Agreement Details”. Each will lead you to a form to fill the according data.

Company Profile

Here please fill all required fields with your company’s contact information. This includes

• The title of the main contact person
• the full name of the main contact person
• the phone number of the main contact person
• the company’s legal name
• the company’s type
• the company’s address

Additionally, please specify the contact details of the legal signer of your company including the persons position.

Project Info

On this tab please specify the details about your project. Please note that you can run multiple campaigns which can have additional information. Here the general project details are relevant.

• Project name and Slogan (chose a short slogan to describe your project)
• Description (this is a more detailed description of your project. You can use basic formatted text here)
• Short description (a short overview about your project)
• Target group (here you specify which communities you mainly target and where you want to be the KOLs marketing activities to be targeted at)
• Resources (Add a project image (ideal resolution is 720x320px), a whitepaper if you have, e.g. a pdf or a PowerPoint presentation and provide a link to your website)
• Social channels (add social channels in which you are active here)

Service Agreement Details

In this tab you set up your general service agreement that needs to be signed by any KOL who wants to participate in your campaigns. We have prepared a Standard Agreement as a base which you can review by clicking the “View Standard Agreement” button on top. Please customize the agreement as per your business and legal requirements.

When you are done, click “Preview” first and then, once the agreement is reviewed, click “Save”.

To personalize the agreement, you will add additional responsibilities for you and the KOLs, as well as additional clauses. The platform will manage the required information from the campaign and the KOL once the campaign is set up. At a project level, please customize the service agreement with:

1. For the specific responsibilities section (section 5), please add at least one responsibility for the KOLs and one for the project (yourself). This will increase the commitment of the community as KOLs accept this agreement. Examples: for the project, you could add the responsibility of: “Giving clear instructions on the campaign for the KOLs”. For the KOLs, you could add the responsibility of: “Being professional and paying close attention to the deadlines”. Specific legal requirements can be added here as per your business needs.
2. You can also add specific clauses to the document. In the template we have indications of additional clauses that you may consider. All sections from section 6 to 24 are optional clauses you can add manually into the service agreement through the platform.

Any campaign specific responsibilities will be defined in the campaign creation and added in the service agreement automatically in the last part of the agreement “Content Requirements”.
